Kinsley constructed a York College sign wall on this corner lot on South George Street at the edge of their campus. The project included:

• General site work
• Utility installation, including electrical and a water line and yard hydrant for the irrigation system
• Masonry work
• Signage
• Electrical lighting
• Landscape plantings
• Fencing
• Installation of a new blacktop road between Country Club Road and the strip mall
• Stripping the paint from the end-wall of the adjacent college-owned strip mall, and re-facing it with the York College logo and enhanced lighting
