Kinsley provided design-build services to deliver this unique adaptive reuse project for architectural firm Warehaus.
Warehaus chose a former plumbing supply warehouse as their new corporate office. Construction was completed in two phases: shell renovation and tenant fit-out. The shell renovation included the installation of new windows, masonry restoration, roof repairs and new metal siding. The tenant fit-out – converting the building’s interior into modern office space – took place over seven months.
The project earned LEED Platinum certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.
