Project Info

Kinsley delivered an extensive site work package for a 775,000-sq-ft trucking center.

This four phase project included:

  •  Moving 800,000 cubic yards of dirt
  • Installing 12 miles of underground utilities including 275 concrete structures
  • Performing compaction grouting for the building foundations
  • Excavating and installing two 695,000 cubic foot capacity underground storm water storage facilities
  • Building nine individual retaining walls
  • Constructing and paving 7,700 linear feet of new access roadway

The underground storm water detention systems consisted of 1,044 individual precast concrete pieces, taking 373 tractor trailer loads to deliver.
