Kinsley served as the site contractor to construct infrastructure and lot grading for the Timber Run, high-end housing development, which features 37 lots in Reisterstown, Maryland.
The project included constructing the streets and three large box culverts, laying storm drainpipe, and constructing structures leading to five storm water management ponds.
