Kinsley constructed a three-story addition to York Area Regional Charter School’s existing facility. The addition provides:

• A new gym
• A kitchen and dining area
• Classrooms
• Faculty rooms
• Storage rooms

The project also included the renovation of existing rooms to create new administrative offices.

The historical nature of the original structure, built in the late nineteenth century, meant that the new additions had to match the existing features and gain the approval of the City of York’s Historical Architectural Review Board.
