Kinsley provided general contractor services for Phoenix Contact’s regional business unit building expansion project. The expansion provides additional office and production areas that will allow Phoenix Contact to expand their production capacity to meet the increasing demand for their products.

A major component of the project is a three-story office tower, which provides additional production space on the ground floor and offices on the second and third floors. Smaller infill areas include an employee kitchen/canteen, new bathroom facilities, offices, laboratories and training rooms.
