Project Info

Kinsley delivered an addition to Phoenix Contact’s existing warehouse and distribution facility. A 35,000-sq-ft mezzanine with offices was included in the project scope.

Once the building shell was constructed, the interior wall separating the new space from the existing warehouse was demolished.

Kinsley also performed site work services on five acres, which included:

• Erosion and sedimentation control
• Earthwork
• Storm water system
• Sanitary sewer
• Water system
• Fire line
• Gas utility
• Site electrical
• Stone base, site concrete and paving
• Sinkhole repair
• Basin conversion

This is Kinsley’s fourth major project at Phoenix’s regional production and distribution center.
