Kinsley renovated two traditional cottages into a single larger cottage with a single car garage.  The cottage features:

• an open floor plan that allows for full view of the kitchen, dining and living rooms
• a master bedroom suite that includes a bathroom and a large walk in closet
• a guest bedroom with access to a half bath
• closets for all mechanical systems and washer/dryer
