Kinsley performed the design, build, finance and lease of this Holy Spirit facility. The four story structure is an expansion of the acute-care hospital space, with a new outpatient entrance.
Along with creating a parking lot, we situated the Mediplex on a steep slope, and built on-grade entrances to the first and third floors of the building.
