Project Info

Kinsley constructed the two-building mixed-use urban complex, McHenry Row. The first of these is the six-story McHenry Row office building.

We participated in the Voluntary Cleanup Plan with Maryland Department of Environment (MDE.) Kinsley coordinated with MDE and followed the strict guidelines of the Response Action Plan which included bringing in clean (MDE approved) fill, locating dump sites for contaminated soils and proper capping of the existing to remain soils.

The project was one of the first to be constructed under the Baltimore City Green requirements. We exceeded the LEED Gold requirements for the project.
