What’s the first thing that comes to mind when you think of Kinsley Construction? Surely, it’s our distinctive red Kinsley trucks! With a massive inventory of over 1,500 vehicles, we have a dedicated team of mechanics who ensure that our fleet stays operational year-round.
The full-service maintenance shop at Kinsley Construction, overseen by Steve Henry and Jim Contino, consists of 11 skilled mechanics. This team, which is made up of nine mechanics on the day shift (Justin McCullough, Tim Gemmill, Doug Orr, Bryan Wakeland, Charlie Hensel, Brad Schloer, Cody Fidler, Jon Sinclair and Noah Murphy) and two on the night shift (Kurt Miller & Dakota Shirk), handles various tasks such as regular maintenance, state inspections, GPS system maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and more.
Divide and Conquer
Managing such a large fleet requires meticulous planning and precise execution. While the truck shop performs the essential work, they rely on the support of our parts department – without Walt Dinsmore, Chad Glatfelter, and Jason Garrett, the truck shop would be unable to function effectively. Additionally, we have John Marks, the equipment division controller, and his team, including Bonnie Quinones, Ruthie Hutchinson, and Dan Graff, who ensure that all equipment registration and paperwork remain up to date.
At Kinsley Construction, our hard-working mechanics, parts department, and administrative staff play integral roles in keeping our operations running smoothly. Their commitment to teamwork and collaboration keeps our fleet on the street, and we owe you all a big ‘thank you’ for the work you do, day in and day out!
