Kinsley provided preconstruction and construction management services, plus RACP grant program administration for this library addition and renovations project.
Our scope of work included:
Kinsley provided the general trades package, site work and concrete work. Using additional grant money, the Board of Directors hired our Site team after the project completed to provide new front entrance curbing and asphalt patching.
