Kinsley renovated the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center’s Alpha Commons building into executive offices.
The interior demolition consisted of the entire first, second and third floors.
The exterior remodel called for the demolition of the entire brick façade, exterior sheathing and weather barrier – exposing the existing structural studs to remain. All windows were replaced with larger, energy-efficient ones.
Kinsley worked closely with the hospital and followed Infection Control Risk Assessment and Interim Life Safety Measures protocols to ensure the safety of patients, employees and visitors.
