Kinsley served as the site contractor for a lot improvement project for Frogtail Retail.

Improvements included lowering the site by 14 feet, blasting, crushing and removing approximately 70,000 cubic yards of rocks, installing a large scale 96-inch underground stormwater management system, and widening two lanes for an SHA-approved entrance.

The improved site will be home to retail buildings and a Royal Farms gas station and store.
