We performed comprehensive site work for the 133,000-sq-ft expansion of this existing cold-storage warehouse. Our scope of work included:

• Extensive demolition and clearing, including trees, asphalt, concrete, light pole bases, railroad tracks, walking path, and utility lines
• Excavating roughly 30,600 cubic yards of dirt
• Installing almost 5,000 linear feet of new utilities, including relocating an existing gas line
• Placing 21,000 square yards of stone base
• Placing 200 linear feet of curb
• Installing a new K-Rock retaining wall
• Landscaping
• Installing a 715 linear foot guide rail
• Placing jersey barriers
