Kinsley completed eBay and PayPal tenant fit-outs and improvements at their offices in Hunt Valley, MD.

The first project included the tenant fit-out of a Class A office shell. Areas within the space included two- and four-person huddle rooms, conference and training rooms, catering kitchen, fitness center, shower and locker rooms, and employee lounges, kitchens, and mothers’ rooms on each floor.

The second project was an improvement project on the second floor that included various renovations and upgrades.
