As part of the Mid-Atlantic 81 Logistics Park, Kinsley was selected to develop Lot 2, a 70-acre parcel of land, and construct a new precast warehouse. Leased by Kingsford Manufacturing, a subsidiary of Clorox, we will also perform tenant improvement services for the new distribution center.

Housing products from the nearby Fresh Step and Kingsford manufacturing plants, the building will feature:

• A 36-foot clear height
• All-concrete truck courts
• An ESFR sprinkler system
• A seven-inch concrete floor, expandable to 868,000 square feet
• A 5,500-sq-ft office area
• A 420-sq-ft “welcome center” with truck scales and pneumatic tube system

We are self-performing all site work, including grading, stormwater management, underground utilities, paving and asphalt. We will also self-perform steel fabrication and erection.
