Kinsley provided design-build services for an addition to Chesapeake Spice’s existing 177,000-sq-ft facility. The steel-framed, metal panel and CMU structure with 30-foot racking provides much-needed storage space for this spice manufacturer.

Additional services included re-roofing the existing facility, modifications to the bio-retention pond and widening of the existing access road. Kinsley self-performed concrete, doors and hardware, and final cleaning.
