This 184-unit apartment consists of 21 buildings on a 23-acre campus-like setting near Kutztown University.

Each unit consists of a common living/kitchen area and a private bath. Fully furnished, these apartments provide an upscale alternative to typical campus living.

The project also included a clubhouse with:
