Kinsley provided adaptive reuse services to convert what was once the main warehouse for the Hochschild Kohn department store into the upscale 520 Park Avenue apartment complex.

The facility includes 166 residential units, ground-floor retail space, an interior parking structure, interior courtyard, and resident service areas (lounge, business center and fitness center).
